Possible Embassy Exchange

Some time ago with an older nation of mine I had joined a region known as Florence. I spent some time there until eventually getting bored of that nation and deciding to try something new. However, during the brief time I was there Florence was an extremely organized and interesting group.

I have a little assignment for you. How about you apply to them for an alliance and an embassy, and when you're sure about it, tell the Prime Minister, so he can bring it to Parliament for a vote?

I've applied for one and invited them to do the same if that's alright.

Of course, and as stated within my topic in the Audience Chamber, once we have our first successful alliance/embassy, I will officially create the position of Ambassador (1 per ally), and all of them will be under your direct supervision and control.

When you do get confirmation of this alliance though, you must let Prime Minister Clarkson know, as he needs to put it into Parliament, for them to decide in a vote.

The alliance most likely wont come until after both embassies have been exchanged.

You should first propose the alliance to them, make the agreements, and then present THAT to the Prime Minister, so he may do so in Parliament. And if it's accepted (I'm sure it will), then we can actually make the formal/physical embassies.

We need to go about this following proper protocols and mandates set forth by the Constitution.

The Gran Maestro of Florence has agreed that he too would like to see our regions form an alliance "in the future". He was vague on how and when an alliance and or embassy exchange will occur.
