FOREIGN CONSULATE

I have created a new forum, known as the Foreign Consulate. Just as the Office Of Recruitment is a sub-office of this Ministry, so will the Foreign Consulate serve the same purpose. It will serve to help create more order and less confusion within the Ministry Of Foreign Affairs.

Still, ALL alliances, treaties, and pacts will be made within the main area of the Ministry Of Foreign Affairs.

In the event of a creation of a foreign embassy upon our soil, it will be announced in the main area of the Ministry Of Foreign Affairs, under the topic where the negotiations had been taking place previously, but then the actual physical embassy will be created within the Foreign Consulate, and will be under the control of the Foreign Ambassador there.

No topics, other than embassies, may be made within the Foreign Consulate, and there will only be ONE foreign embassy per topic.

The Minister Of Foreign Affairs will, of course, have full moderator powers within the Foreign Consulate, as will the Prime Minister, being the head of the Government.
