I formerly offer my services to the Armed Forces of the Imperial Dominion. Any and all advice as to what am I to do as a member of this force would be greatly appreciated.

The only way to join the Armed Forces is to have a nation in the UN. The reason for this is that the only way nations in this game actually fight battles is by entering other regions and gaining more endorsements than the current delegate, thus being able to change the world factbook entry and claiming that region for themselves.
