Kings Of Chaos really was a fun game, back in the day, before they added all those new stupid rules in the recent Ages. Then it got boring, lol!

Well, the only way to actually "fight a war" in this game is if a bunch of nations in the UN go to another region, take the Delegate's position for themselves, and rewrite the World Factbook Entry for that region, effectively conquering it. This is why I only allow UN members to join the Armed Forces. Any more questions?
